Global Navigation
At the top of the screen, a static bar will be present, displaying icons and available modules at the top of the screen. This is the called the Global Navigation bar.
By using the Global Navigation bar, the ability to access any module is available from anywhere else in the system. This eliminates the need to go back to the Main Menu between most actions in the system.
On the left hand side of the the Global Navigation Bar, icons are available for the following functions:
1. Dashboard
2. Main Menu
3. Favorites (Finance)
4. Shortcuts
Depending on your access permissions, the ability to quickly access certain windows from the Global
Navigation Bar include:
Accounts - All: Access all account and contact information.
Calendar: Booking Calendar (add spaces to an event) or Events Calendar (calendar view of exciting events).
Events: View all events and details.
Purchase Orders: Create, edit, and view all purchase orders (restricted by departmental access).
Registration Orders: View all service orders and their current status.
Service Orders: View all service orders and their current status.
Work Orders: Access to the work orders created from registration and service orders.
Activities: View a comprehensive list of activities assigned to users and their current status.
Functions: View all functions and related information.
Opportunities: View Opportunities and leads and their current status
Member Contacts: View all members (can also be accessed via Accounts - All).
Campaigns: View all campaigns (based on designation).
To navigate to a different organisation, click on the dropdown icon next to your name and select open organisation.
You can access the organisation depending on your access.
