Identifying Member Contacts To find members tab search for "Members - All". In the 'Search For' field, enter the member number, or the member name.If there are no results, try different combinations such as first name and first letter of surname, surname only etc. Press search to execute the search.If no results are returned, this contact is not a member, they should be referred to the membership team to process a new membership application.Do not proceed to process a booking of a member product for this contact. If you multiple records for the same person, please log a case with IT Support and include the account codes (member numbers), and which account should be kept. Once you locate the correct contact, click on the Legacy Membership Information tab or section and refer to the Member Status.• August 01 - April 30 (approx.) current financial members are New or Renewed.• May 01 -July 31 current financial members are Non-Financial.If a member is at a status other than those mentioned above, they are not a current financial member and they are ineligible to book member products.
