Editing Accounts and Contacts
Editing an Account/Contact from the Accounts/Contacts Grid
If you want to edit an account/contact, click on the Accounts - All button on the Global Navigation Bar and search for the account you would like to edit.
Once you find the account/contact, right click or place your mouse to the left of the grid row to bring up the quick action options for the account/contact, and select Edit.
After the Edit button has been selected, the Edit Account/Contact window will populate, similarly to the Add Account/Contact window.
Editing an Account/Contact from the Display Pane
You can also edit an account/contact by selecting the appropriate record and clicking the Edit button on the display pane or name of the account.
Editing an Account/Contacts from the Directly from the Grid
Another option limited to specific fields is the ability to edit account/contact details without having to edit every record. To do this, click on the Edit Grid button in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
Once this button is clicked, the display will change and editable fields will have a white background. As you click into a cell, Save and Cancel buttons will appear, and edited rows will be indicted with a pencil and asterisks icon.
