Event Field Definitions
Account: The company (or contact if a private function) that MRC representatives have direct contact with during event planning and event execution.
Actual Attendance: Actual number of event attendees, total number of attendees or final catering numbers for Functions & Events, and total number of attendees (includes all ticket types) on race days.
Anchor Venue: Space for the main location of the event.
Bill-To Contact: The contact who will sign the contract on behalf of the account. If it is a private function (run by an individual e.g. wedding), the contact field is blank.
Bill-To: The company (or contact if a private function) that is detailed on the contract and is financially responsible for the event.
Budget Attendance: The budgeted event attendance figures, for Functions & Events, this is the contracted number less slippage, for race days, this is the budgeted attendance figure.
Category: The event category classify events as either Functions / Event Activity (FEV) or Racing Activity. This field selection has significant impact on General Ledger Distribution post event.

Class: Event classes are a secondary way to classify different types of events, there are four main classes further classified by venue. This field selection has significant impact on General Ledger Distribution post event.

Contact: The account contact that MRC representatives have direct contact with during event planning and event execution. If it is a private function (run by an individual e.g. wedding), the contact field is blank.
Coordinator: The MRC pre-event contact who is responsible with working with the client to script and order all event requirements.
End (Date and Time): Date and time the event concludes (degates/attendees off site).
Event Description: Event name.
Event ID: System generated unique identification number.
Event Manager: MRC event day contact.
Forecast Attendance: AA to check that it works with the ellipse button, and if it updates. Changes based on client requirements in the lead up to the event. Check where ordered attendance is. Check if booked spaces and the event in an out can be linked.
In (Date and Time): Contracted date and time that the client will be on-site.
Out (Date and Time): Contracted date and time that the client must be off-site.
Price List: Default price list used for the event; multiple price lists can be added to the event if required.
Start (Date and Time): Date and time the event commences (degates/attendees on site).
Status: REVIEW.
Safety Manager: MRC safety team member assigned to the event.
Salesperson: MRC sales person.
