Error – XML Import records missing.
1 Error Message
TASK exported a XML format of account charge and ready for importing. After downloaded the XML file, open the XML Import tool from Ungerboeck, there may pop-up with the following error, with not 100% of records been imported into the system, the error message looks like this.
2 Steps for fixing the missing record error
This error is caused by the POS charge resources are not added to the event price list.
- Step1 Find out the event price list. Open the event screen, and check for the Price List
- Step 2, check and add the POS Charge resources.
Click on the Price List link on the event screen, and in the pop-up Price List Items Search window, type “POSCHG” in the Code area and click on the “Search” button.
It supposed to have “No Rows to Display” result as the resources are not added yet.
Click on the Add dropdown button and choose “Add Items” from the “Price List Items”
On the pop-up screen, choose “POS Charges (Interface) (P1)” as Order Form.
On the next pop-up “Add Price List Items” screen, search for the “POSCHG” as “Resource Code” and Choose the resources, then, click the “Select” button.
Click OK to finish editing the Price List.
Now the POS Account Charge resources are added to the Price List for the event.
- Step 3, Go back to TASK XChangeFusion and do the export process again.
