Create Casual Staff Cards for TASK
From the current integration, the casual staff cards are generated through an organisational account in Ungerboeck by adding Agency Staff Card (opportunity type code: 96).
From an existing organisational account in Ungerboeck (or create a new organisational account), the first step is checking for the Membership Module Status need to be Activated.
As an organisational account, it will not be shown in the membership contact list. Go to the main menu, search for Accounts - Membership. Within the Members (Accounts) window, search for the account from the last step. Make sure the POS Clerk Group is selected with "POS Operator" and Employee # is entered with a value more than 0. (This is critical for the casual staff permissions and unique payroll id number)
Then a membership order (standing order and membership order) can be created to generate cards from opportunities. Choose the "Temporary Agency Staff Card" as a resource, enter the amount of card number as units for the resource then click OK.
From the Membership standing order, choose from the drop-down button, Tools -- > Renew a Membership (V19) to transfer the standing membership order to a membership order. Once the payment is processed, the casual membership cards will be listed in the opportunities tab.
ps: As the UBLink.dbo.[UB_POS_CLERKS] has a hardcoded prefix for the casual staff number, please consider for the casual staff member card ranger before creating a list of membership cards.
