Syncing files in Teams to PC
Files can be synced two ways. Both require your OneDrive to be open and signed into your @mrc account
- Through the Microsoft Teams application (Gif Below)
- Select Teams option from the side bar
- Select the team and click on the subsequent channel (general etc)
- Click the Files tab at the top
- Click the sync button
- You can now close the Getting read to sync page
- Through Sharepoint
(using this method you can sync from the root directory so it will encompass all the channels within a team)
- Select Teams option from the side bar
- Select the team and click on the subsequent channel (general etc)
- Click the Files tab at the top
- Click Open in SharePoint
- From here you can either sync the one channel or select one folder up and it will sync all the channels documents within the team (if there are more than just the General Channel
- You can then close the "getting ready to sync page
