Sharing Boards with guests
The board owners have the ability to share the boards with anyone outside the organisation. Guests can only be added to private/shareable boards.
Note: the guests should have a different email domain. If they have the same email domain, you can add them as viewers.
To add a guest:
- Select the invite button on you top right hand corner
- Board members window will open - it will have all the members invited to the board.
- Enter the email address of the user you want to add for a guest. Guests will not have access to any other boards unless they are invited to.
- The guests will then receive an email from Monday.com with a link to the board.
A guest have the following access:
- Create new items within the Shareable Board.
- Edit and add columns
- Add comments and attachments within an item's Updates Section and Status Column
- Assign Users
- Add board views
- Add automations
- Add integrations
- Use My Work
