New Starter Process
The New Starter Process is undertaken by the IT Support team to set-up the user with all the relevant access.
Applications Involved:
- Active Directory
- MS Admin Center
- Integriti
The following illustrates the workflow:
IT Process:

User Creation:
- Add user in AD.
- Add user to any AD Member of groups.
- Create user mailbox in exchange On prem.
- Migrate user in O365 Admin center.
- Assign Microsoft Licenses once migrated.
- Add to relevant teams.
- Add to MRC or PLG signature distribution list.
- Add to any shared mailbox or distribution list.
- Hardware/ Software Requirements:
- Assign laptop and add ID sticker.
- Autopilot Device.
- Push Latest Windows update.
- Push HPIA
- Run disk clean up.
- Base programs installed.
- Additional programs installed.
- Updated Asset Register
- Update primary user in Azure endpoint.
- Card swipe at printer.
- Scan to Email
- Shared mailbox.
- Ensure a copy of device in Endpoint, ConnectWise.
- Ensure desk set-up functionality.
Operations Process:
- Create new user Integrity.
- Assign permission group to the staff card.
Note: IT will print the staff card with barcode.
- Assign the card number to user in Integrity.
In case of lost staff card,
- IT will just re-print the card from UB
- Operations will have to delete the card assigned to the user and re-assign the new card number once IT has printed the card.
