Raceday Sales
This process involves the sales of functions within racedays. This will encompass from the first booking by the client to after the raceday has been completed. There are three different methods for creating a booking, each for members, public, and corporate clients.
The general public can book an order through the MRC Website, which is integrated with Ungerboeck through an online form which can automatically create a registration order.
Members have an added method of booking through a phone call, which connects them to a member of the sales team who will manually enter details and dietary requirements into a new Ungerboeck registration order.
After an order is made a member of the accounts receivable team in the finance department will create an invoice and send it to the client.
Corporate clients and private functions differ in they have special requirements for each event and a special payment plan needs to be created.
After a payment is sent or a payment plan is set up all methods of initiating booking are uniform. Bookings will be exported from Ungerboeck and are sent to Ticketek who will send tickets to the client about a week from the raceday. After the raceday occurs and the event is finished, an email will be sent to the client asking for feedback or further enquiries.
